Deva Deep Cleaning Service provides service-based solutions, therefore physical product returns do not apply.

2. Advance Payment

In some cases, an advance payment may be required to confirm your booking. This helps us schedule our cleaning team and reserve your time slot.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their booking by contacting us before the scheduled service time.
  • If the cancellation is made well in advance, the advance payment may be adjusted for a future booking.
  • Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • If the service cannot be provided due to our team’s unavailability.
  • If the service is cancelled by Deva Deep Cleaning Service.
